I got into p.e for about 2 months had a lil bit of gains but then had some family emergenies and got out of it for a couple months. I dont realy have the time i used to have so wondering if this routine would be progressive and not jsut wasting my time. I dont Ten footlong Stretches for one minute eatch, I been geting sore at the base so im guesing its working it tearing down the ligements. For girth Jelq and bends with super stes of compresion squizes, 100 jelq and bends 30 seconds of compresion squizes 7 sets.
