As the title says, i currently start the day off by wearing my [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] at work for as long as possible normally around 4 hours some times can get 5-6 hours! normally it is in 2hours sessions! it is a silicon cup down to a leg strap.
Then at night after working out and shower i will do hanging with a bib hanger i start with 2 sets of 15.4lbs, then 2 sets of 13.2lbs then 1 set of 8.8lbs, this always changes some times more heavy some times less! and each set is 10mins
Then if i can be bothered 20min wet jelqing! then during the rest of the night il just do some dry jelqs while watching tv, not as a rule though!
o and some times il do a bit of clamping again not as a rule, just to spice things up!
