ok, well yea, i just got here into this website because i need help makin this thing longer lol, ok, my penis is about 2 1/2 inches when its not erected, and when it is its about 3 1/4 inches. so, i was reading that i had to do some stretches for 30 seconds, then something called Jelquing, i dont know how to do that, if someone can explain it to me i would appreciate it, and i think thats about it, i dont know wat else to do, please tell me, also, how can i make my head bigger? my penis is thicker than the head, so it looks all weird lol, please help a newbie out! thanks

Basic Jelqing-
With desired lubricant (I highly recommend Vaseline) cover hands and penis completely. At this point you will want to have about an 80% erection (semi-soft) Now in a seated position with your palm down grip your penis with the standard OK sign grip. Gripping your penis at the extreme base and a tight grip, force the blood from the very base up to right below the head in a sliding motion. When your first hand reaches the bottom of your head the second hand begins the same movement. This is a strange movement at first but over a few sessions it will become second nature. With each passing day increase the intensity ever so slightly. The goal of basic jelqing is too enlarge girth, add length and improve general penile health.

yeah u need it so instead of just pullin your skin u will be able to nicelly slide your hand up your dick movin the blood inside. As u get more advanced there are dry jelgs also but u should get comfertable with the wet ones first. I always start out with using baby lotion but also use baby oil along with it. I have never tried vaseline..

I personally use St.Ives skin therapy lotion with collagen and elastin ($3.00 for a big bottle at Wal-Mart).

Elastin and collagen are proteins found in your skin and ligature and they are what allows your skin to return to its original shape after being moved.

I use this because its a good enough lube and when you get into your stretching routine you might find that you're getting stretch marks and the lotion helps counteract this.

Why the hell are you disinfecting your dick anyway? And of course if you put anything IN your dick its going to hurt- Im guessing you meant on, but still makes no sense anyway.

As for lotion I just have one thing to add to what has already been said- Thicker lotions are better than thinner ones. Watery lotions don't give you the same, ehh cant think of the right word, they dont allow your hand to slide down your shaft as smoothly- the thicker lotions will allow for less friction.
