I have been hanging for 1 year
I think I am scared to be honest. I get every intention to start but then I chicken out. Can you describe how it feels?Believe it or not its not as bad as you might think. It really tires out the ligs. I'm using the bib hanger and it grabs very good. I have experimented with all different wraps and I like a piece of sweat shirt first then theraband. I'm going to try a few different things to see if I can get it down to only one material. Just for ease & time. It feels just like a strong clamp 3" wide on you. I usually put it on to a certain tightness level then after a few min take it tighter and snug it closer to the base for a better pull.

Yea DLD, it feels just like a light clamp feeling. Like if Jen were to squeeze you real hard when flaccid 
Man ctmwm, if you could up your hanging sets per week you'd gain quicker! I've work at home...so, I've been hanging on average 4 hours total hang time a day 6 days a week , one hourish on the 7th day of the week. Doing this the last 2.5 or so weeks. Guess what? 1/4" length gain flaccid stretched AND erect!

DLD I cant imagine with all you have done you havent tried it. Its kinda a no brainer. And so easy you can do all kinds of other work while your doing it.
I actually do it when my wife is in the room if you can imagine that! She's way cool! Its MUCH better the second time around!! LOL

DLD do not fear the hanger. You are our superman, the epitome of Penis Enlargement, you cannot fear the hanger as Superman feared Kryptonite. By using the hanger, I know you can surpass your goal of 13.6 because you have an excellent work ethic.
