I dont get dry jelqs...

U jelq like normal but dont slide the fingers on the skin like a wet jelq just squeeze

With greater effort/elbow grease. I don't care for dry jelqs, personally.

You slide your outer skin, your hands is always on the same outer skin spot and that moves over the shaft.

If you are cut, it's obviously harder and more limited.

My understanding is that one hand starts at the base and you apply pressure one finger at a time working from the finger closest to the base. After all your fingers are applying pressure, and you are HOLDING the pressure, you do the same thing with the other hand above the first one and again apply the pressure the rest of the way up to the head. You don't have to slide any skin and the pressure you can achieve is tremendous. With the second hand holding pressure, you repeat the process starting with the first hand.

A word of caution!!! Be careful not to cause too much pressure in the head! You can burst a vessel!

Dry jelqs would be especially tough for a guy with such a long dick. The skin takes some conditioning even on a 6 inch penis before it can stretch enough to do this. I don't even know if you would be able to do a complete stroke at over 9 inches.

Dry jelqing is more of a partial movement,though being uncut i can nigh on dry jelq the full length of the shaft due to the extra skin,try dry jelqing by clamping hard at the base and only jelqing for a partial 2 inch rep do a kegal before each rep after only a few reps the upper shaft should look really engorged.

If you ever watch ron jeremy pornos he often dry jelqs a few reps just before he sticks his dick in,i do this as well and it works well.
