I wrote something about some supplements; the stack you're taking should do the trick, especially Maca is supposed to help a lot with the load. Lecithin I suggest taking in Sunflower variety if possible. Too much can make your stuff very thick, so keep an eye on the dosage.

I was taking some Swedish Flower Pollen and drinking water in plentiful amounts, that helped me. My girl, hmhh, well, last time wasn't so great, bitter load! But I felt coming a lot, many times when I was with her. Personally I feel the excitement with a partner eases with bigger loads in a way. I'm still taking several supplements but by myself the improvement isn't that great.

Depending on your diet and overall health, some supplements can help within few days already I would say. "Overdose" of Swedish Flower Pollen can lead to a bigger ejaculation in few hours I would say, just a personal feeling.

The result was...

...disappointing!

It has an effect, but don't expect that you're gonna become peter north by taking a few supplements.

Start with the basics. Drinking lots of water is the most important thing, by far. In my experience nothing else comes close to matching the impact of staying hydrated. When I slacked off on my water, my loads became pathetic EVEN ON THAT RIDICULOUS STACK!

I'm not including things like abstaining a few days and edging, because that's obvious.
 
i take pygeum and zinc along with my normal daily but the most important thing imo is water . When i wasnt drinking alot of water i had thicker bigger loads but when i started to push my water intake to atleast 1 gallon a day . I was shooting crazy ass loads . A few times that shit was cumbersome to be honest . Even when im not taking the supps i still shoot large loads with just the water intake . There not as thick but still large .

So drink water for larger loads ( and overall health )

You should take L-Citrulline instead of L-Arginine. The plasma concentration of arginine get to a much higher level with supplementation of L-Citrulline.
Your body destroys the L-arginine before it can be to use.
