Are you using BM with just air or water? And if with water, are you using warm, hot, or cool?

Just water. I started with cold water in the beginning as I didn’t get any red dots from it but realised my expansion wasn’t great. After a few weeks I switched to very warm water that feels hot but doesn’t burn my skin.

You need to add Slow Squash Jelq to your pumping routine if you want to gain quick and if you want the gains to be permanent. I gained 0.5 inches with the mityvac in 5 months.

Pump like this henceforth:

5 minutes pumping
10 minutes Slow Squash Jelq

5 minutes pumping
10 minutes Slow Squash Jelq

5 minutes pumping
10 minutes Slow Squash Jelq

The pumping pressure you use for the first 5 minutes will start from medium pressure and proceed to almost max pressure gradually. Increase the pressure every 1 minute. You have to build up the pressure gradually during that first 5 minutes from low to max pressure.

By the second pumping set, you can pump to very high pressure instantly and keep increasing the pressure every 1 minute and get to max pressure for the last 1 minute.

For the last pumping set, I go straight to max pressure and keep increasing it every 1 minute. Be careful though and listen to your body.



Once you are done, wear your cockring for 1 hour.
