I would say about an inch combined with all my use. I've gained .5" the first month I think when I got my X4 Labs [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], but I was excited and motivated. Lost interest soon due to inability to wear it comfortably outin public. I gained an inch length And half inch girth from [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sg[/words]. I'm very happy with that but feel like I can't get anymore out of it so I just started hanging to hopefully get me another inch
