How long can you maintain CREEP(plastic deformation)?

This is only a question for those who hang or extend because it deals with CREEP. Creep is basically the permanent deformation of tissue from it being under high tension for a period of time. That burn is intense for sure bro, and I actually enjoy it because It proves i'm making a difference. It has to do with the cells taking an electric charge to begin mitosis, but I'm not able to get very sciency.
