atleast a few months. some people can handle advanced routines quicker and some think they can only to hurt themselves. take it slow, you dont want to hurt yourself because of impatience.

I really just got this thing to test out some added girth on the wife and see if she approves. I'm sure she will. After reading up on it though, I plan on incorporating this into my routine. Probably 10 minutes a day, 2 days on 1 off and buildup from there each week. Pressure first then adding more time. Obviously stopping at 5 (what is it) for pressure.
