how important is jelqing?

i have been doing pe now for almost two months and have seen some gains... i was reading somewhere on the fourms that itd be best to do the basic jelqs in the morning and your stretches at night. Jelqing is the foundation of all girth work and should be part of a beginners program as it conditions the penis for more intense work and it gives quick initial gains. If you do not want girth gains you can skip jelqing but even in this case you will want to do a bit of jelqing just to keep good penile health.
