I just want to share my experiences with todays workout. I've been on and off from PE for years but have been sticking to it for a while now. I only focus on girth as I'm already hitting bottom on most girls so I've been using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]hydromax[/words].

My problem has always been fluid retention. I get it to a crazy extent and doing supersets with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] has not seemed to help at all. I've tried doing shorter sets since I read about fluid retention mostly being a product of time. But that didnt help at all.

Today I tried something different. I did less pressure. I did one set of 5 min pumping on medium pressure. Then I did 4 sets of 1 min [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]. I then did another medium pressure set of 5 min and then did 6 sets of 1 min [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words].

No noticeable retention happened at all and I got great expansion. Actually my cock was pretty much as big now as it was when I got the crazy fluid retention before but this time it was obvious it was all tissue expansion and no fluid.

Just wanted to share this and maybe it will help someone who also struggle with fluid retention :)
 
I wish I had an environment that would allow me to do SSJs. Everyone says switching back and forth in some manner works very well and builds girth faster.

Wife and kids in the house. I can get in length sessions when my wife is at work since we have opposite work hours. [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] sessions I sneak in at night when I shower but wouldn't have the proper "motivation" to maintain the EQ needed for SSJs.

As long as you are getting the right expansion which is tissue expansion I think you are fine but make sure you are doing [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] always, lots of it. I also want to say that you aren't well conditioned enough and that's why you are not able to do a 5 minutes set without having fluid retention. What is your current length size at the moment?

Thanks for the advise and it is smart advice. Everyone may have a different way of training with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BathMate[/words]. The [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BathMate[/words] 5x5x3 routine is a place to start. If things are not working as they should adjustments should be made depending on the issue. It is tenacity that helps us get where we wanna be.

Yes that was also my thought about why I get so much fluid retention. Or at least one of my theories. Thats why I decided to try this approach. My length is what its always been. About 7.5 inches. I haven't tried to make it longer since I really feel that its long enough when I cant push it all inside a girl. I've only been with one girl that could actually take the whole thing. I think as long as your length is above average then girth is where its at.

How do you measure your length? Is it from the top or from the side?

I measured the side of my penis at the top. This gives me a more consistent measurement than right at the center as I pull stronger on the right side. It is still anchored to the bone but slightly to the left of center.
 
I've been doing the same workout for the last few days since posting this and getting the same result. Great, real tissue expansion. Considering how many I've seen comment about fluid retention and how many probably think that is tissue expansion I hope other newbies will see this and try it.

I was measuring from the top of the penis before. Now I'm going to shift to the left side top measurement because my left Ligament is a bit longer than the right.

As hard as you can. I hate doing that measurement because it's hard pull and hard push with the ruler all at once.

I have truly gained both in length and girth though I rarely talk about it on my progress log or anywhere on the forum. I want to keep on gaining

Same here. I will post my gains at quarterly intervals so a) I have a record of it and b) so others browsing for the first time have encouragement that PE actually works. I was extremely skeptical when I found this place but things people had posted about real progress encouraged me to join and start.

Tomorrow is going to make it 5 months since I've been using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words] for 1 hour daily bundled stretches though there are few times I did a 40 minutes session. I've gained both in length and girth. Now the addiction I have for PE is so strong. I want to see how big I can get in length by January 14th 2019

I have two different methods of eliminating fluid retention. One way is I wrap my entire penis with an [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] and go into the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] wrapped. This has the benefit of targeting length and head size as well as still giving a normal [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] workout.

The second is making sure I'm properly conditioned for whatever pressure I'll be using. You can achieve this by either following [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] protocols and progressively increasing time and pressure. Or a faster more sure fire approach in my experience have been to do bundled stretches before a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session. Being bundled and stretching is great but in this instance focus more on the twist.

What was the last measurement? If you had good eq you would have passed the 8" mark!

I haven't been doing measurements but the difference is night and day bro. You should try it one time and let me know how it goes for you. Remember with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]bathmate[/words] when you go in wrapped whatever part isn't wrapped will get more expansion. So you can leave only the base unwrapped to get more base girth, only the head unwrapped for head girth, do a double wrap for mid girth etc. I sometimes even wrap everything as I would the jim wrap head included and use [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] as strictly a length tool.

I was very fatique when I measured and my erection wasn't at it's best. I need to avoid masturbating for at least 4 days before measuring. Before I started PE I remember measuring with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]bathmate[/words] rulers that has an extra .25 and I saw 6.9 inches. I believe I'm closer to 8 inches now. I want to get to 9 inches first before going over to girth work.

Well keep up the length work you are doing and keep adding intensity as needed. I would also work that Testicle Health Massage and Stretch to increase gains even faster.

This is where a silicone sleeve would come in very handy. I'll have to give this a try sometime.

It really will give you a great separation for the lower scrotum and your lower shaft. When this is loosened not only do you hang lower and heavier but length gains come on faster due that area of skin being stretched by the Testicle Health Massage and Stretch.

I saw a video where the testicle massage was done so I know how to do it now. The best time for me to do it will be right after taking a shower.
