how does fixing an upward curve differ to a side curve?

In an upward curve you will be working the CS where as a side curve you would be working the CC's, how will this affect the way you should do exercises?
Aslo, they say that peyronies is caused by one CC being shorter than the other, is this the same with an upward curve, the CS being longer than the CC's?

I am trying to get rid of my upward curve, I just wanna know whether the exercises for getting rid of a side curve can be applied to getting rid of an upward curve because you are working on a different part of the penis?!?!?
