sometimes you dont get 30 minutes.. sometimes just 15 or 10, anything is better than nothing. lately I just use [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] while i do my shower and brush my teeth

30 minutes in the bathroom could be thought of as going to the bathroom, taking a bath or shower, brushing teeth, etc. This easily can add up to 30 minutes. If not possible and you have a private room you can still wet pump with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] just use a bucket or foot soaker below you to catch falling water. You can also try going dry.

I started going to bed earlier so everyone would leave me alone. I usually fall asleep at 11 or 11:30, so I started to make it seem like I was sleeping at 10, that gave me an hour of free time. Now with kids, I only get an hour at night and sometimes earlier if they're out playing with their friends. I set the schedule in the house and they have to deal with it. They're in bed at 8:30 and sleeping at 9. I have tons to do so I can't do PE until around 10. Some days I can only get in bathroom stretches at work and nothing more. As long as you can get something in, it counts. Part of life brother.
You gotta first look at your day and see where you can cut some fat out time-wise. Maybe get up 30 minutes early, go to bed 30 minutes later. Cut out TV time or other activities that you could dedicate some of that time to PE. Just getting up early and going to bed late gives you a solid hour of work. Train length in the AM and girth in the PM.
My roommate regularly takes 30 minutes in the morning in the bathroom. Kinda ties up my end, cause I don't want to really use the other two bathrooms in the house, but 30 minutes and you could get a lot done and just pass it off as your morning routine, shit, shower, shave, get ready for the day. Granted, I dont think that really all takes a half hour, because I work quickly, but I do like the idea of taking your time in the morning to have a good shave, especially now that the same roommate has introduced me to single blade razors with the wet shave kit, I can definitely take a half hour in the bathroom no problem, which means I can get in all my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] routine in a day done in the morning, strap on a cock ring when I'm done, then wait until later in the afternoon to do the length part of my day.

In Penis Enlargement there needs to be sacrifice of other activities to work in a good routine. A ideal routine consists of 30 minutes of length and 30 minutes of girth daily.
