Hi everyone i'm a noob and have some questions!

Okay so i'm looking to make my penis bigger but using a routine that will suite me best. I'm still relatively young and haven't finished growing so I want to make sure that wont be a problem. My penis is about 7 inches in length bone pressed, the problem I have though is that my girth around the base is bigger than everywhere else. The girth around the base is just over 5.5 inches yet just below the head it is only 5, so making the head bigger is my priority. Also how much bigger could I get in say 3 years if I dedicated myself to a routine? Do you ever stop seeing gains over time, such as in bodybuilding? Maybe someone can recommend me a good routine?

Welcome Brother, this is a fantastic place and im sure you'll find help when ever you need it!
I would definitely recommend following DLD's instructions in starting with phase 1 for a good 2-3 months or until the gains slow down, once this starts happening and you find your self looking for something more intense you can deviate.
Try different thing, find out what works for you, don't be a afraid to use intensity, although be a bit easy on your self at first some of these exercises are pretty hardcore.
And remember give your self time to recover. If your looking to target girth in a specific area, I would check out Isolated Compression Squeezes, then you can focus your intensity on a specific area of the shaft!
