12 x 8 would be crazy. Get a piece of paper with those measurements and roll it up.

4" is possible, I did it. It took me almost 7 years but it can be done. A few other guys have done the same. Lots of work and dedication.

Mandingo is nowhere near 8 inches of girth. He probably does drugs to stay that erect, also.

Yes, you do needs LOTS of work and dedication. Just make it a part of your life, then it'll seem a whole lot easier to your brain, a "normal" routine.

Dosn't BIB claim to have gained 4 inches in 2 years hanging upto 8 hours a day for 5 days a week and some at the weekends as well.
 
yeah to me 12" is a bit of overkill 8"x6" or 9"x6.5" or somethin aorund those numbers is good for me. I can't get a roll of toilet paper dwn my shaft so I at least have to be what guys 5.5 to 6 in girth? My length is just a bit over 7 so I plan on hitting my goal of 8 x 6 by the end of the year. I am just taking to very slow but consistent :)
