Quite often when i do the stretches such as the straight out in front one or to the left and right ones i tend to get specks of blood on the head of my unit. I don't know whether it's my grip but when i stretch out in front the head always swells. It's not a problem for the down ones, the A stretches or the between the cheeks. Its just the straight out or straight up ones and the left and right versions of them. I was just wondering whether you guys had a grip that stopped this or something. I searched the threads but i couldn't find any help on grip. Help would be appreciated.
Also i wonder if anyone could help on LOT, i get tugback everywhere, but there is a significant loss of it at like 10 o'clock but at 9 to 6 there is still tugback, but not much like at 12. Is this my LOT?
