help on a routine

hey pe'ers

i have been pe'ing since august 2005. and kinda slacked in december.

begining stats. 6.0el x 4.5g just a bit under i think i was.
new stats are 7.0el x 4.8g

so i have had good gains in the 4months ive been pe'ing. im looking to continue this and make even better gains.

im looking to get anything over 7.5 x 5.5 i would be really happy with those stats. especially girth.

can anyone help me out on a new routine please. no hanging/clamping/pumping. just my good ol hands.

its in the routines log. it was a

mon length
tues girth
thurs length
fri girth

but my gains kinda slowed down in december and thats why i started slacking.

was mainly la lot of stretching and wet jelqing. and some holds. the reason why i didnt get far in my girth. i want my girth to be big enough so i cant close my fingers over. which is just over 5.5
