sonypsp, I am not here to prove the validity of penis enlargement, but to support those who desire a change in their size. I could care less if you feel as though I have not proven myself to you expectations. Two is more effective, but seems a little rough on the circulation.

An HTW is a kind of hair tie. You cut it in half and role it down like a condom, and it keeps your flacid length like an inch longer than normal. There are some really good threads on it in the Th*nd3r's hanging forum (it's also an easy to use hanging wrap). I did a search here and didn't find any threads.

But yeah, 7.5 nbp would just be awesome to have! Especially coming from the small side of average.
