HELP, Injured after PE Streching / Clamping is this Temporary??

I use to do Penis Enlargement a few years back when I was in High school, that helped me a lot I saw results those years. But recently years later. I started again early this year, but this time with devices.

I did the stretching and the result of that is, my penis is stretched even when not erected giving that "hung" look, which my size is good to beginning with. But I more into girth than length. I went ahead and tried Clamping. This is where I think it went wrong. I stretched for like 1 week, alternating. I did the clamping, first few days were okay. Then one morning I read something about trying behind the balls.

Long Story short, I tried behind the balls, and I clamped down too tight for 2 minutes. Everything seemed fine. Then I started to loosing it, then I clamped back down Moderately. Then I went to the Base and Clamped Tightly. Then went back and forth with pressure and loosening.

A few days after i felt a little pain, me penis would not get hard for 3 days. Then I noticed I could not get "morning wood" anymore, one of my veins were kind of prominent. Then I was able to get hard again but half way. NOW 3 weeks after the incident it gets erected but, but not as strong as before. AND I notice My penis looks shorter than before. Is this forever or temporary?

Im wondering about the damage, and I dont like that my length looks shortened. Im going to see the doctor tomorrow. Im kind of Upset, by my mistakes. Should I still stretch a little to avoid it shrinking more??
