Sorry I know this is nothing to do with Penis Enlargement but I was reading a thread on here once from someone who was also doing a program to help him increase his height with good success.

Have any of you come across such a program or perhaps know the user who is doing the height increase program? He was also heavy into Penis Enlargement.

And another note on Penis Enlargement. I signed up for the membership to this site last month and am going to start this week. What kind of results can I expect if I put in 5 days per week. Is this the best routine for newbies? And are there any other exercises or stretches I can do along with this routine to further boost gains?

Not too sure about height stuff, maybe someone will help you here.

You can expect better erections right away. Gains can come as quickly as an inch in a month for those that make newbie gains. I gained close to two inches in about 6 months using Phase 1.
 
If you're under 18 (or you're not done pubery/growing yet)

then get on some sort of potent AI like arimidex or letrozole, it will delay your growth plates closing. This is the best bet. and in that time, do lots of stretching towards the sky, hang off the floor, fast every other day or one day a week (fasting boosts HGH like crazy) and make sure to consume adequate vitamins and supplements to spike the HGH increase even more on the days you fast.
