Heavy Weight Hanging Works

Weight range 40lbs, 50lbs, 55lbs, 70lbs & 110lbs plus.
These are the weights I use in my routine. The possibility of injury is high. I started with an EL of about 6.5". Got to 7.5" BPFSL in about 6 months using weights starting at 20lbs to 30lbs. After 6 months went to 40lbs. Sessions are 20 mins 3 to 4 times per week on average. Some sessions I increase the weights accordingly. 10 mins at 40lbs then I add 10 lbs extra for the next 5mins the another 5lbs to complete the set.Sometimes I do a full set of 20mins at 70lbs. If the wrap feels perfect I will do 1 to 5mins at over 110lbs.
Note. 70lbs and upwards I hang to weights closer to the base. I had minor incidents during some sessions, which are mainly spots of blood from too much pressure on the head and minor urethra damage. I have been doing this long enough now to know the signs of potential injury.
Getting from 7.5" BPFSL to 8.25" BPFSL took me 18 months. Last night I took 25mg sildenafil and did a seated hang of 44lbs of the edge of a bench. When I measured I got just over 9" BPFSL for the first time. I will do some update measure to see if this lenght is consistent. I never thought I could get to 9" after being stuck at 7.5" for so long but I finally did. I [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] wrap after each session to keep my unit elongated for as long as possible.
Heavy weights is not for everyone, within the first 5 mins. your instinct would be to stop based on intensity and some degree of pain, that's where you have to know the different types of pain, whether its associated with injury or a good stretch.

Excellent gains but you are right, this would be highly dangerous for most. The heaviest I used for sets was 70 pounds and most people that hung said that was too dangerous. Keep and eye things to be sure you are in good shape. At the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sign[/words] of any pain, stop and see what is going on.

Dude. You are speaking my language right now. I plan on starting down this path in May. The topic of hardcore hanging on been floating around [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] with a lot of great results (and warnings). There is a hardcore hanging sticky in the hanging forums and my favorite is this one that Kingsnake made HERE

I'm interested to know what this has done to your erect length.... Has it gone up? If so what is it now???

Did you mean you used 20 to 30 lbs for the first 6 months?

Also, What kind of hanger and padding are you using? Thanks man!

i'm also lifting heavier but having trouble constantly, sooo much slippage, it's unbearable.

someone should invent a snug-fitting thicker condom with a reinforced loop/hook at the tip to facilitate hanging...just roll it on and o discomfort (except the weights)

Ya man, there isn't enough dedication to the development of hanging technology.

This is insane... I think to get best results in a stretching routine you need manuals though. If you mixed manuals with hanging I think you’d see the best results. Maybe [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] followed by your hanging routine, or even lighter weight.

That is what was on my mind when I was thinking of doubling up a standard condom two or three times. It would make for a much snugger fit at a much cheaper price.

I built a simply effective hanger. I use 1 layer of a spandex material, 2 layers of a cotton base fabric You have to clamp fairly tight and about 2 mins of constantly adjusting the hanger and pulling back all the skin above the hanger that feels too stiff when you begin to hang. All the stress should be felt on the tunica and ligs also not to much pressure on the head. You will feel skin pain at these weights. After 10 mins. my pain typically fades Just be aware of sharp stinging pain which usually means injury.
I will post an instructional photo of my hanger shortly.
