Like alot of people I use a rice sock to warm up. This morning I decided to stretch while it was wrapped around my shaft , i had my usual 5 minute warm up then re heated the rice sock wrapped it around and continued with bundles in all directions as well as the regular stretches in all directions. I found because of the bulk of the rice sock it provides extra tension on some of the stretches notably the mandingo stretch because you can place the hand on the rice sock to really add extra force to the stretch. So with this way of stretching not only can you add extra force to the already excellent stretches you can do them while your junk is nice and warm and extremely pliable. Give it a try bro's as I'm sure you will enjoy.

The secret in stretching lies within the heat. Heat throughout ALL of your routine is going to be your best choice. Sporadic works too. And warm up and warm down are the beginner heating instructions. As it gets harder to gain you'll need constant heat applied to the penis rather than warming up and warming down.

If you have the time and privacy, as I did in my beginnings, I used a heating pad around my package at all times I was not training. My penis was always in a malleable state and I know it helped me gain faster. Most do not have this luxury but what a luxury it was.

I've been thinking about something like this but I'm not sure if it would work or be a little OTT. What I have seen and have used on my arm are heated pads, you use them for muscle strains and such. Do you think these could be beneficial for PE?? you basically apply to the area you want to be warmed up and they heat that area for around 4 hours.

If they apply enough heat yes it could very well be beneficial
 
Well the constant heat of a heating pad will keep you penis is a jelly/malleable state that nothing else will give. Fatigue gives a similar opportunity in gaining length but the heat makes the stretching so much more gainful.

So much equipment is needed to grow a dick but its worth it. I still need to get a job so i can buy myself a heating pad, cock ring, toothpaste cream for PPP, and some other stuff.
