Cloneboy, Clone-A-Willy ... There are some choices out there if you want to make a copy! If you're crafty, you can get alginate on Ebay, use that for molding. For casting there are also many choices, but of course it's best to find a material that won't shrink while it cures.

I have few sets around, tried twice, but for several years now I haven't made a new copy. It's a fun thing to do, taking into consideration that you success doing it ... Not the easiest task to do alone!
The alginate I got from Ebay came with a retardant, so the working time is longer than without.

Clone-A-Willy had at least several type of solutions, some different skin tones, chocolate one, soap and if I recall correctly, a candle one. I've seen these kind of sets on sale in several online stores. If you can get a set with extra molding powder; great! The first mold is difficult, I thought I would get it done well as I had read the instructions thoroughly, but nope!

I have seen dildos my size in stores, yes. The hot sellers tend to be 6-8" of insert able length and around 6" in girth. I seem to recall a small business from several years ago...I don't know if they are still around. They would send you a mold kit, you made a mold of your erection, sent the mold back and they made the dildo for you with different options to choose from like scented materials, wax, candies, soaps, different rubbers, vibrating inserts and such. Was a cool idea.

Those ranges both seem a bit high imo -- I doubt the average girl is after a dildo that is 8-10" long overall, and 6" of girth (given the number of guys who are that size and report issues, and how rare it is in reality). I'd say 5-7" insertable and 5-5.5" girth would probably be the best-selling range, at least based off what I've seen online before.

Keep in mind too there was a study on this as well (picking penis sizes using plain dildos), and the most popular picks were around 6.2" and 4.9" girth.
