There we go. I experimented around an found a pretty hard stretch. This one will isolate a single ligament suspensorium and so apply stretch on it. That stretch covers multiple positions and thereby goes pretty hard. Well I don't want to talk too much. The simple fact is that this was the first time ever that my ligs were finished in a few minutes.
I call it NewbieX1.
It is a combination of some things...
Step one:
Bundle in whatever way is doing fine for you. Keep in mind that bundles should be done in both directions with the same strength and amount of time.
Sept two:
Use the F-Grip...

Step three:
Do the Anti-Lot Stretch Movement...

Try around with it. You need to find the right way for yourself in some turns of execution. Once you found it this is going to be the hell of a stretch.
PS: Another Stretch will be introduced as soon as I figured out a way to explain it. This will be a half circle bundled Helicopter Stretch. This will be called NewbieX2.
