hard flaccid - eq & erection angle issues

hello guys iam suffering from semi hard flaccid on and ff my flaccid size when its hangs normally is a about 6.5 in and when turtle 5.5 - 6 in so is there relation between H.F and eq cause sometimes i cant get that 10 eq lets say at most the only way to get 10 eq is through my girlfriend even when talking through the phone i feel like the blood is rushing into the penis and feel like its gonna explode that all takes few sec from saying hello to how are you !! so how could you explan that ??
question.2 can i change my erection angle its about 7-8 clock i want it to be like 9 clock or the downward curve cause that problem, the curve not big oooh by the way how can i measure the curve degree
also is there a chances to improve my eq through kegel or r.k without increase the hard flaccid issue
last but not least my El is 8.2 in

No a hard flaccid cannot decrease eq, it is just something that happens to men a various stages in there workouts. I experienced is hard flaccid from maybe 2 months in the beginning of my training. It will eventually go away and maybe it will come back but it is nothing to worry about.

the way to measure curvature is using a tailor tape, this type of measuring tool is flexible and allows you to measure along a curve.

your erection angle can be changed through basic PE and by doing lots and lots of Kegels. stronger your pelvic floor muscles are the greater your erection angle will be
