Days 70-73: Rest
Have to find the time to do routines. I can always wear the extender, but it's never the same without all the other elements of my routine

Coming back really nice my brother! These are some pretty good workouts I’m just so happy you’re back to work
 
Days 85 to 90: Rest
I haven't been able to do much, which is nerve wracking to me. But as long as I don't quit, that's all that matters. Happy New Year to you brothers! Let's reach our PE resolutions for this year

Warm up - 20 minutes
LengthMaster bundled stretches - 12 minutes
Extender - 4 hours

Losing more and more time to do PE. I need to reshape my routine in order to fit my schedule. Possibly light vac hanging and pump work along with manuals from the LM.

Take your time and rewrite your routine to fit your schedule. You don’t want to get into a place of discouragement or being bogged down by a PE schedule that does not work with your own schedule. Write something realistic that will be easy to do
