I need to wake up earlier and take charge to get more hours in (flex)

Try and try and try again and eventually you will not slip! Take a positive view and make a date for when you want this to happen. I say two weeks and you’ll never slip!

I was so excited! Let me ask you, @DLD. When I wear the extender, I'm at times I feel a stretch in the sphincter area. What does that mean?

It just means that all the muscles are connected from your sphincter all the way up to your abdomen. So sometimes these muscles all engage at the same time and you’ll feel that stretch going from your lower abs to your sphincter.

It’s kind of a strange thing isn’t it? Knowing that the muscles are connected from your abdomen all the way back to your butt is good to know. When you do something like a Kegel you’ll feel all those muscles engaging and I think that’s why sometimes people get confused if they’re hitting the right muscle when they’re really hitting all of the right muscles.

hey dld is there a exercise to get a max erection i am very healty vegan i pump and it looks huge like 9inches and a quarter with a fat pad but with a natural erection it does'nt compare what it looks like in the tupe.
