It's thanks to you guys really. I'm feeling confident on the next measurementI’m really loving this routine and where you’re going with it. I especially like that you’re using power assist stretches, they go so unnoticed. Some of the most powerful length exercises are fulcrum exercises. Keep up the good work.

Shooting for 9 hours today since I have more time than usual. Currently wearing rod extender and it has a great stretch. Going to do 3 to 4 hours at a time since it is a vac mod
