Progress thread HangLo: Back with a Vengeance

Days 1&2: A.M.- P.M.
Warm up - 10 minutes
MityVac - 10 minutes at 3Hg
Extender - 6 hours, 3 hours each with no tension

Slowly getting back into it. Feels good

De-conditioning was something I needed. I get too excited and tend to overdo it to try and "win the race" so to speak. Let's see how this new approach goes.

De-conditioning it’s a very smart practice especially when we hit plateaus. The break should last no longer than two weeks and when you come back it will be with a vengeance. Maybe say that after a de-conditioning break they make quick newbie gains. My biggest advice on this is to not make the break too long that you fall off the wagon. Make it a definitive time and stick to it.

Thanks for the advice DLD. It's good to know I can look towards a veteran for help ?

The biggest thing that will help this while you’re on this break stay involved with the forum in the brotherhood and that will keep your head in the game while you’re not training.

Seven hours! That’s an amazing amount of time. And it’s all helping to cement your growth. I’m so glad that it was the brotherhood let’s figure it out healing was just as important as gaining.

That always makes me feel so good when people tell me that they feel good in our community. I’m so pleased to have you as a brother in part of the family. God bless you my friend

God bless you as well DLD ?

Thank you for the blessing my brother I truly appreciate it! And I know God is with you and he will continue to bless you just as he does me. Now let’s pray for all the brothers who don’t know Jesus yet and pray that they make that happen and enjoy the truth and freedom that we have.
