What went wrong with the hanging?
It was a combination of not enough time with my new schedule and inability to hold weight. The fatigue is insane. I'll be hanging again soon with less sets when my member feels good again and will add a vac extender to keep that ligament stretch

Day 111: A.M.
Warm up - LengthMaster bundled stretches - 15 minutes
Power Assist - 10 minutes
Jelqing - 5 minutes
MityVac - 1x15 minutes at 5hg
Jelqing - 5 minutes

yes hanging can be very time consuming but the way to get around that is exactly what you’re doing using your Lengthmaster.

Hanging - 2.2kg (5lbs) - 2x20 minutes
Extender - Aiming for 4 hours a day at moderate tension, 2 hours at a time for the next month or so

This looks like a great routine and very easy to follow. You’ve got the SRT length portion in full effect!

YES!!! It was great. I measured after the routine for the fun of it and it was a nbpel increase from 17cm to 17.5cm. I was so excited to see that

Extending - Going for 4 hours again today. Currently wearing it and it feel great, might go for 5 hours I don't know

Hanging - 2.2kg (5lbs) - 2x20 minutes
Extending - Going for 4 hours, 1 hour with a bit more tension
 
Day 115: A.M.
Warm up - LengthMaster bundled stretches - 7 minutes
Hanging - 2.2kg (5lbs) - 2x20 minutes
Extending - 2.5 hours
MityVac - 1x10 minutes at 5hg
