Warm up - LengthMaster bundled stretches - 7 minutes
Hanging - 3.2kg (7lbs) - 3x20 minutes, 2.7kg (6lbs) - 1x20 minutes, 2.2kg (5lbs) - 1x20 minutes
Jelqing - 5 minutes
ADS - 3 hours
I feel like I am feeling fatigue more and more. 3 kilograms is starting to feel like it's too much after a while, and I find myself decreasing weight after each set
And just like that, I had two unwanted rest days (xd)You got it embrace that fatigue and take advantage of it! There is no better time to stretch then when you’re in the state of fatigue or in the state of refractory in both these states the pelvic floor muscles are too weak to hold back the stretch allowing you to make length gains so much quicker.
This is very true. I feel like my day is not complete if I don't do a routineAt least you know it’s unwanted which means you really want to train which is an excellent sign of someone who’s ready and willing to do whatever they need to to get to where they want to go.

First day of an actual routine in a while. Feeling good, but need that fatigue again. Might hang again later on, still not sure. Only 5 more days until measuring! Do not think there are any erection gains, but let's see if I gained in other ways
