That looks like a very solid routine for length, the only thing I'll add to that is at least 15-20min of jelqing to maximize your length gains. I used to do 20min of dry jelqing right after my extender workout and it helped tremendously.
Regarding your hanging workout from earlier this year, the weights you used were really light IMO. I used to hang and I didn't get any gains until I hit the 10lbs mark and got most of my gains from hanging between 5 and 7.5kg. However, the fact that you gained 0.15" in 3mo at that lightweight shows that there might be more potential for hanging in the future.
