yes it will because pumping draws much internal penis outward which means pressure is being put onto the tunica as you increase vacuum. I still advise you to do bundled stretching before any routine but pumping is a good way to express new penis or should I say internal penis. The best exercise using a pump would be easy DLD hard core stretching.
So the pressure put on the tunica will make it more difficult to get length gains?
 
Day 22: Rest
Going to add PA stretching to the routine and work my way up to bundled stretching like DLD recommended. I will use the more narrow pump to focus more on length
 
Day 24: A.M. to P.M.
Warm up - 10 minutes
PowerAssist stretches - 5 miuntes
Extender - 7 hours
Stealth Innerwear - 2 hours

I started to feel the difference from pre-stretching using the PA. There was a dull ache at the base around hour 2, which was what I was looking for. Sometimes I couldn't fell that ache until about hour 4 or 5

That looks like a very solid routine for length, the only thing I'll add to that is at least 15-20min of jelqing to maximize your length gains. I used to do 20min of dry jelqing right after my extender workout and it helped tremendously.

Regarding your hanging workout from earlier this year, the weights you used were really light IMO. I used to hang and I didn't get any gains until I hit the 10lbs mark and got most of my gains from hanging between 5 and 7.5kg. However, the fact that you gained 0.15" in 3mo at that lightweight shows that there might be more potential for hanging in the future.

Hey Blue (love the name by the way haha) Thanks so much for the advice! And thank you for complimenting the routine. Since I use a vacuum mod, I jelq after every 3-4 hours, but it's only 5 minutes. I'll be sure to do 15-20 like you recommended. You are right in about the hanging, I also had basically no time to continue it. But when I max out these extender gains, I'll be sure to go back to hanging LOL Let's hope I gain more with this constant tension

Adding bars is such an awesome feeling! You really know that you’re making growth because it’s right there in front of you. Keep up the good work my brother
