Hey guys,i was wondering few days ago that i maybe could do some hanging. Now,i really dont know how much kg to use , how many minutes etc.. From what I hear, because Ive never tried that type of hanger but I can imagine it being true is that you will out grow it quickly. Because it wont withstand too much weight, and in hanging you will find yourself increasing the weight fairly quickly. So my suggestion would be if you already have that then try it out to see if you like hanging. But consider getting a different hanger.

Curious to know if you have made any gains from hanging. The length master cause be used for both bundled stretches and hanging. Get yourself a length master.
