im really trying to cut out my manual work a lil. how many sets should i hang to maximize length gains faster. i also like doing the pyramid sets seems like i get the best of both worlds
 
Yeah, just hang a lot. There's no point in stopping until you reach fatigue and can't hang comfortably any longer.

Doing girth right afterwards would probably be good for circulation, so no point in waiting. You might need a break if you're really fatigued, though.
 
thanks. i really wanna get 4 sessions in a day and hopefully more. but from some reading most guys look to have mad gains by doing 4 seesions at least. im really just tired of all the manuals and pullign etc. it seems to be good to incorporate manuals with the hanging but manuals by themselves even with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] seem to be alot of work and take a little more time to make gains. i think with both i will see faster gains
 
I haven't gained from 5 months of hanging. I am stepping up how many sets I do per day. I did 9 sets today and about to do a couple more before sleep. You have to do a lot of sets per day to gain. Try doing 10 sets a day, then take weekends off. This should help us both gain.
 
The good part about hanging is you can multitask, so even if you hang for 2-3 hours it's not 2-3 hours wasted. You just have to schedule it into your day and stay organized, and getting up there in sets won't be a problem.

Sounds like you need to change your approach, instead of just doing more. Are you aiming to hit your limiting factors? Do you get fatigue from hanging? If you aren't getting fatigue then you need to change the type of hanging or add more weight.
 
After 10 sets today I'm feeling fatigue. When I first started hanging I wasn't consistant enough. I've hung everyday the past 3 weeks though except for 1, I took sunday off. I just started BTC 2 weeks ago, and Bib said I need to hit BTC hard and I should see gains soon. I use the heaviest amount of weight I can use without it being too painful to hang. I'm trying to hit E's approach, but 21 sets might be too much for me. I might stick around 10-12 per day.

I has similar thoughts of wearing an [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ads[/words], but for me the constanst vacuum after the hanging session kinda made me put off any more vacuum devices. I use the same vacuum hanger for [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ads[/words] and hanging so it kinda gets annoying. For me its either [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ads[/words] or hang, although im sure both would be best.
