Let me explain, even if you probably understand it :blush: ;

I've been doing powerlifting for years, and the one thing that will make you stronger and bigger is load over time. You dont even have to lift heavy every time - the key is getting your body used to lifting weights that would be considered "heavier than normal", for example curling a weight that is heavier than your arm. You dont ever wanna train to failure, you will rather do this often, like every 72 hours or something like that. Yes, a lame comparison, but you get the point: Heavier than normal weights over time.

So, when hanging, wouldn't it be better to hang for long periods of time with medium weights vs short periods of time with heavier weight? I mean, it wouldnt be much of a problem walking around with 2-3-400 grams hanging of your unit for 4-5-6 or even more hours a day? And if the weight was made of lead it would take so little room that no one would notice anything.

The only problem I see is that the head would get cold and purple pretty fast, but that would probably mean that Ive wrapped to tight, yes? And blood flow - same thing?

Probably make something similar by hand using parts online or through Home Depot. There are a few very heavy options out there including iron balls, gold weights, even smaller kettle balls.
 
Ok this is how I have been thinking as well, small amount of weight 200 to 700 grams all day.
I was reading DLD latest report about how tight briefs restrict reduce or even reverse Penis Enlargement. So on that basis I am chucking my briefs and getting some boxers. With that in mind I thought how about a heavy cock ring on my dick to hand it all day?
I have bought one and will update. On the same site I also found something better, leather cock rings or ball stretchers with lead inside, In my opinion ideal for what I am looking for.

Theoretically, your idea is good. All of the studies I have seen on [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] have indicated that time is more important than force, within reason. What exactly are you trying to stretch is the determining factor though. The tunica albungea has a normal tensile strength of almost 4.5 pounds at normal body temperature. So .7 kilos wouldn't really cut it for that purpose in any major way. Obviously, some stretching would occur, but not much. However, the minor stretch over long periods of time would be able to "cement" quicker. You just wouldn't be accelerating the mitosis cycle is all. You won't accelerate the cycle unless you go beyond the normal tensile strength.

However, once the cells have been nourished, the transformation part of the cycle is pretty quick. The part where the cells enlarge then divide lasts roughly only about an hour from what I have seen. The rest of the cycle, which is over twenty times longer, consists of the new "daughter" cells gaining nutrients and size of the "parent" cells from which they came.

Now if you could somehow withstand more than the normal tensile strength for long periods of time, you can accelerate the mitosic process overall.

But all of the above was specific to the tunica albugea. If you are simple looking to stretch the skin and less dense collagen type 1 cells, you are on track for sure. Type 1 cells are unstable even at normal body temperature. So constant light [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] should be suitable for that purpose for sure. Sources of weight are not particularly hard to find. Just use the densest material that you can find. Lead is easy and cheap, but tungsten would be much better. Powders are superior in that they can be placed in a container of desired dimensions, while obtaining the metals in specific shapes is not the easiest thing in the world.

As for attachments, nooses scare the crap out of me. I haven't figured out how to implement this in a way that I am comfortable with for long periods of time. The best coefficients of static friction with skin are going to belong in the silicone and urethane families. We want the absolute highest static friction possible as this reduces the pressure, or constriction, necessary to keep everything in place. Ideally, finding a material with a static friction coefficient as close to one as possible would be the way to go. However, even silicone and urethane fall well short of this. The porousness of the skin is the weakness in this scenario. I am looking into possible fluids to fill these voids to raise the coefficient as much as possible. When two "surfaces" at the microscopic level are perfectly smooth, or in direct contact, coefficients go through the roof. Ever try to separate two pieces of wet glass? LOL....amazingly strong!

Anyway...you are onto something. Slightly less force over significantly longer time periods should improve efficiency for sure. Good luck and keep everyone posted.

I am also going to experiment with hanging heavier as I am only 1 month in and I can put tremendous pull on my ligs already. The biggest problem I can see is how to attach enough weight distributed evenly, but I am looking into that now. I will post my findings.

Word. Also don't sleep on the large sockets. I picked up a 36mm socket that weighs 13.5 ozs for 15.00 from lowes. It's stainless steel and is less than 3" long. It fits perfectly over my [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]vlc[/words]. I also picked up a 16.5 oz socket for the same price. Is the same length just a lil wider. The price sure beats the price of some other weight systems. You also don't have to worry about health concerns of lead weights, etc.
 
You could get a hold of lead powder relatively easily. And as a powder could fill a flexible container of a, uh, concealable nature. Imagine using a long urethane or polyvinyl tubing that runs the length of your leg filled with lead. Should be pretty heavy if you use any tubing of decent, yet easily concealable diameter. Just a thought.

It should be a no brainer, but if you mess with lead powder make sure you buy a good respirator and WEAR IT. That shit is nasty as is any powdered metal, and you do NOT want to breath it in. No matter how careful you are, you WILL make it airborne and you WILL BREATH IT, if you do not wear a respirator. Just lookin' out for ya guys.

I had a post in experimental basically looking to do the same thing, only I have a source of lead already picked. What do you think about using soft shot weights and holding them on with another wrap or velcro straps? Anyone actually tried this? Examples here:

Despite having soft in the name I have no idea if they're actually soft and flexible enough for this application (or what retail stores would sell them so I can see what these things are like with my hands - "soft" doesn't necessarily mean "comfortable for cock"). Wrapping that around your dick and strapping it on would certainly constitute a hanger you can walk around with all day, and wouldn't cost that much either.
