I just felt like talking about whats happening in my Penis Enlargement world. Fuck this shit is truly tough. At first it was all fun and games and easy gains but now its like war. And its not even the actual workouts that are hard! I mean i love the lig burns and tunica stretches and the insane pumps.. i love it. .. but fuck my mind kills me when i dont see a gain when i measure... maybe iam measure too often.. well i measure like every day or two haha
Anyways, i have something good to give to you all as well. If you dont know already, the Mother LIg Stretch, DLD Blasters, and V-ses, are the best lig stretches out there.. The mother is hard to do, well i just dont like digging in and looking for the ligament with my hand(i feel some other stuff in there i dont want to touch!) and i dont feel it like i should, DLD blasters are great but they are hard work! lol all those kegals and reverse kegals OMG!,, so that leaves the V-ses.. well the problem for me is that i dont have the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] device to help with this.. but i figured out a way to do this manually!
It took me a while to get it but i have a method where u can get the v-ses done manually every time, and u can choose which side lig u want to stretch..
ok heres the steps :
a)grab penis with reverse ok mid shaft or near the balls
b) pull out
you should now see the ligs are raised and stretched
c) place the forearm of the opposite hand on the base/ligs
d) now pull straight your dick up and against the forearm, and even push down a bit with the actual forearm
make sure you got the lig trapped with the bone of the forearm,, youll know because you will feel an the classic burn in the lig.. but the burn is out of this world!
PS: be careful here because the burn and stretch is instand, and you dont need almost any force.. thats why its such a good exercise...
I do these in combination with the Two Handed Blue Whale Tunica Stretch, and maybe throw in a dld blaster in there and a modified mother stretch to really fatigue my ligs..
Ok im gonna ask a question as well to the other users out there,
1) Is it better to measure Stretched Flaccid to measure gains or Bone Pressed Erect.. because EQ changes, and that affects the latter, and frustrates the person measuring lol
2) How do gains come in Penis Enlargement? LIke if i got an 1/8th in a week, did that 1/8 come in increments over the 7 days? or all at once on one of the days?
