Does anyone know some really good hand strengthening exercises? I've been having trouble maintaining a strong grip during my manual stretches, and I was wondering if someone could point out some way to make that a non-issue.
some [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace[/words] wrap around your dick might do the trick. Also a little weight lifting has been helping me but it also causes fatigue faster in the beginning until you build up a squeeze tolerance. How about a stress ball?
Just holding some light weight dumbells out and rotating your wrist until it fatigues is a great wrist and hand workout. Also, hanging from a pull up bar by your fingertips for as long as you can. Or carry around a tennis ball and squeeze it whenever you have free time.
I was also going to suggest a grip trainer, whether it be what Stillwantmore2 suggested or a different one. I got one for 10 bucks online (sale) and it has 150 lbs of resistance. They go much higher but you might want to start with a 100lb, or 150lb.
Do biceps curls and shoulder presses, your arms will get really strong with these. I'm 1 week into a strength workout and the stretches are getting insane now...
you might want to do some trainging for you back, bis, and hamstrings or you are going to get very uneven strength. Pull ups alone will hit your biceps a lot.
