First of all i have placed a number of posts about how i lose my grip doing the behind the glads grip method. So i decided to use my Bib hanger but without the weights and just use my hands and pull the part were you attach weights if you get me. I can stretch for ages and have max grip and intensity, ITS GREAT. I know not everyone has one but dam, its sooo good. I would expect you could do the same with the capt wench design, i can't wait to finish off my routine tonight. It really is a great CONTINUOUS INTENSE stretch.
