For the time being, try using a rubber band (some use a hair tie) around your balls. The rubber band will keep your balls from being sucked in. Its more comfortable I feel to do short sets of about 6 minutes, and take the rubber band off in between sets. As your base continues to grow, there will come a point where you won't need anything around your balls anymore because your base is large enough, the balls don't tend to get sucked in. As far as suction goes, try using the foam stress balls or some solid object that you can put in the tube. It must be short enough that it doesn't hit the head of your cock and impede it. This technique works well and again as your base grows there will come a point where you no longer need that "prop" either. Once your base gets a bit larger, there is MASSIVE suction that is generated! Keep playing around with it and you'll work out the kinks.....Its WELL worth it.

About a good seal: I had nothing but trouble with getting a good seal until I shaved every other day. Once I started doing that, I've had not one minute of trouble. If you shave every other day, there is no need for anything like vaseline to help seal, and the suction is just immense.
