I do this at the end of all my sessions. I would not consider this to be a big part of a routine. I fell like this move is the icing on the cake for growth to occur. This is a finisher move at the end of whatever routine you have. I think this will lead to long term growth if done after other exercise.
GIRTH CLAW
-edge yourself 100 percent erect
-take 1 hand and hold your unit NOT A CLAMPING OR OK GRIP just hold it.(only hold if you cant keep a rock hard erection)
- other hand take all 5 fingers(the same way a baby will try to pick up something of the ground) and rub/massage your head while doing reverse kegels.
- your unit should look very GIRTHY at this point
-I do this for about 5-15 minutes after I finish with your normal exercises
As i said before this is not a STAPLE exercise but i think grouped with other exercises it will help with gains. This is teaching your unit to hold more blood on its own instead of forcing it to hold blood like clamping.
