dang so it worked? Both links work now it just takes like 10-15mins to download because it's about 5mins long...

So let me get this straight... the only people who can view this video are the people that come on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] and download it from this link? It looks like you can't search or anything for video's on the quickdump or megaload or whatever and I don't want it to be public all over the place just like here on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] forum in this topic.
 
naw hey I wanna do it like still's demo where you just host it yourself and click on a link and it comes up automatically without others having to wait and download it.

I swear i started to makes gains doing this but i broke my hanger and lost the temp gains i was making.

now i can not fit in the Bib hanger so i can not hang like this or try the other things for now. im stuck in the middle between the starter and the original

 
dang can you still download those video's like do the links work? I tried deleting them but it still shows up...
 
Ok I need feedback please on whether or not the excersize is good, etc. I'm trying to stay dedicated by doing stuff like this it keeps my a heck of a lot more motivated.
 
I just tried the first link and it said too many users were downloading and to try later.

Basically, no one is going to find this except the people that read it here. No one is going to find it through a search engine or anything like that. Hell, it's hard enough for sites that want to be found to get found through search engines, let alone some video on a site no one knows about.
