I have decided to start getting really serious about this. I'm gonna start doing streching sessions 3 times a day and i fugure that that should get me some noticiable gains, as i haven't seen any substaintail gains yet.

Oh yeah and if i can get three bits of advice on steching what would you recommend they be?:s
 
make sure you don't rub your skin raw; and if you aren't getting close to rubbing your skin raw, you probably aren't stretching correctly, but that's just me.

No need to stretch 3 times a day or even every day. One good, intense daily routine should work.

Make sure to do some sort of cool down work to drive blood into the penis after stretching.

Avoid stretching too hard! It's better to err on the side of caution and get a substandard workout than overdo it and hurt yourself!

An extra tip- keep a detailed journal outlining your routines, progress, and measurements. A journal is the most important tool in your Penis Enlargement arsenal.
