Get a dick like Julio Gomez!

@AF3, the daily active time on this routine is an average of 60 minutes; doable if you're committed

It's an Advance Routine. Either you have been doing PE on a regular schedule for 6 months and you move up in it. Or, you start "Low and Slow" and build up to the the full routine.

The original post looks like it has a significant degree more MityVac/BM rounds than what's in the chart, but maybe I misread it the terminology.

I left them out because I forgot. Simply add the Kegels from the Newbie routine

Thx in the process of consolidating all of this info in to a streamlined guide. For those who haven't done active PE in a while, would you recommend working up to the full SRT routine by doing the Newbie Routine for 90 days with passive stretching to heal in the extended state?

Or would it be better to start with the exercises in the SRT routine and just do lighter intensity on the girth and start w/ less sets on those?

I say start with SRT. The first 3 weeks is basically a warm up to the full on SRT routine

Great, thank you for the advice. Thinking right now about what it would actually take to make a real commitment to the routine for a full year with no breaks or inconsistencies.

Make a 6 month commitment and stick to the routine with intensity....that will give you the confidence for another 6 months

Lol, It's like you're telepathic!

-- I was just sitting here thinking "I wonder if three months would be enough time to know if it's 'working' or not."

Okay, six months is the first milestone, then. Would you say that 1'' to 1.5'' is somewhere around the 'expected' result from following the routine to the letter for 180 days if everything is on point?

I'm mostly wondering about that in terms of a gauge for how to tell I'm doing everything productively, etc.

1 inch in 6 months very doable. After the first 2 inches are when things slow down.

It sounds like you're pretty confident that the routine in this thread will basically give a very good shot at 3'' in 12 months, if I'm understanding correctly.

I would say 2 inches in length and 1 inch in girth is most realistic. You could gain more by adding time and intensity. I trained hours a day and gained 2 inches in length and 1 half in in girth in first 6 months. It's all about time and intensity invested.

Alright, fair enough. I still think I'm gonna shoot for 3 / 1.5 tho : )

So bottom line is block out ~2.5 of active hours per day. for the full SRT routine listed in this thread's OP (2.5 hours = all things considered, incl. transition time between devices, warm up and warm down, PC work etc.) for six months and then evaluate?

Appreciate all of your help, I know it'll be a good idea to start a log.

3 inches is doable in a 1 year period as long as he is willing to do a additional 20mins expressive stretching with the length master. Bundled expressive stretching to be precise.

Appreciate the input. At the moment, my main focus is simply to consolidate the info and nail down the real time commitment for this so that I approach it with a sustainable plan.

Keeping organized and getting educated is much more of an issue than motivation or anything like that.

If you have a length master, 1 hour is all you need for length gains of any kind. 20mins session into 3 and you can spread it throughout the day. The length master is very addictive.

Once you start you can add or take away to fit your timetable. 2 hours a day is an awesome commitment

Straight Down Rolls Stretches : 2 minutes
...
Finish with one set of 60 Rotary Stretches

what is the difference between these two? can you describe the stretches more clearly so I can get a better picture?

also, when doing bundled stretches, do I pull out and stretch the penis, or do I simply rotate as much as I can and hold it in that twisted position for 2/3 minutes?

also, when I use the LengthMaster, it sometimes feels like the glans is going to pop out during straight stretches. am I doing something wrong? it only happens on straight pulls, when I do bundled stretches, it feels great and I can roll past 360 with no issue.

I was asked to put a custom program together for someone who wants a dick like Julio Gomez. They wanted a routine that would be hard-core enough to help him get to that size from his current size. I’m not going to say who it is for privacy reasons but believe me he wants to gain quite a bit so this routine is geared towards making that happen.

This will take what he will have to do to get a dick like ? Julio Gomez. I put his size at around 10” x 6.5” let’s get down to it ??

Lengthmaster length sets with SRT Healing
Length Monday, Wednesday and Friday
5 Minutes Bundled Stretches. 2 1/2 minutes to the left and 2 1/2 minutes to the right. Do you want to make sure you have balanced gains.

Now take your Lengthmaster and perform these stretches:

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down Rolls Stretches : 2 minutes

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out Rolls Stretches : 2 minutes
Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up Rolls Stretches : 2 minutes

Finishing off with as much time possible in your SiliStretcher at a passive intensity. See SRT for full directions and reason.

Evening Girth
SRT 10 x 10 x 2
Ten minutes in the Mityvac
Ten minutes doing the SSJ
Ten minutes in the Mityvac

Now this is a hardcore routine !

Straight down roll stretch is when you are rolling your penis like kneading a piece of dough, rolling it either in your fingers, hand, or a device, while putting a bit of pressure in the pull. Rolling either curling it upwards or downwards dictate the small amount curve correction, while keeping stresses on the tunica and septum tissues.

The rotary crank means just that; rotating or moving your penis in a wide circle, either clockwise or counterclockwise. Think of a clock hand (your penis) movement in front of you. What this does is to stretch the tunica tissues in all angles, balancing themselves out. This prevents an estranged growth where overworked tissues not growing and the more rested tissues grow in a wrong direction.

There were videos for these stretches after the DVD release. @DLD, can you recall if the DVD videos addressed the rolling stretch? I know we have the rotary cranks. You may have to do these videos again with you monsterous lengthy penis as better examples.

also, when doing bundled stretches, do I pull out and stretch the penis, or do I simply rotate as much as I can and hold it in that twisted position for 2/3 minutes?

Both. Gently pull out the penis, using the weight of the LM device. No need to force it. Allow the penis to relax based on the weight of the LM device. In truth, if DLD and the old designing crew haven't notice, the total approximate weight actually is optimized for penile hanging traction for long hours or gentle enough to prevent the body from flagging something is wrong but still allow good traction. Walking around with it on will be something else.

Once you twist/rotate your penis in one direction to the maximum possible rotating degree without any discomfort, gently or moderately pull the penis out a bit further. The bundled effect takes less pulling force than the unbundled effect. When your tissue fibers are all twised, they are under a lot more stresses.

also, when I use the LengthMaster, it sometimes feels like the glans is going to pop out during straight stretches. am I doing something wrong? it only happens on straight pulls, when I do bundled stretches, it feels great and I can roll past 360 with no issue.

If your glans feels like it's going to pop out, or "slipping" out of the plates, that means there's not enough bulk wrapping below the base of the glans to hold the penis in place. It's very common for those who are uncircumcised and have a lot of loose foreskin. Pull the foreskin back completely, wrap below the glans's base, and keep pulling the skin back while you wrap to prevent kinking or folding skin in the wrap. Folding skin is not something fun to deal with. It pinches the skin folds when you tighten up the plates and it feels like an ant is biting the crap outo of your penis.

If you wrap it correctly, the glans acts as your terminal point in hold the traction device, the Length Master, just like other devices like extender and stretcher. The warning from all of us is, make sure to squeeze as much blood out of the glans and deflate it as much as possible when you wrap. Any moderate or high volume of blood in the glans will cause the penis to blister under high tension pulling stretches. If you're only doing light to moderate stretches, it's not a problem.
