It has been 4 months or more since this was posted. Has anyone committed the time and seen results?

Edit: Still no budget for the sillistretcher, could this be done with similar results using a size genetics or similar device?

It can be done with any ADS. I am not sure if anyone has stuck to this program because if they did they would make massive gains and they would have reported. I wrote this routine to be the most intense routine ever. If you train this routine you’ll see the fastest growth ever. This routine was based on the SRT routine adding many other exercises to make it super intense
