Got my free sample in the mail the other day and I tried it this morning 30mins. before training. Took about 5mins. for it to kick in and it does work pretty well. Unfortunately, I went to get allergy tested today and they took blood pressure and it was 150/90 which she said wasn't very good at all. I wouldn't really recommend it if it causes your blood pressure to rise that much.
 
It's supposed to give up like this incredible charge for working out, something that arginine definetly doesn't do, maybe though, can't knock it untill I try it, I'm still waiting for my damn free sample in the mail, I think they just say that so you will visit they web site?
 
it gives you extra energy? shit just buy caffine pills (and get some ephedra while you are at if your cutting)...there i just saved you 70 bucks
 
The only thing is that the sweets is really sensitive to caffiene and feels like he is on drugs, I am looking for something that is a stimulant and gives me that charge but with out the jitters, and side effects of cokecane, I mean caffiene.
 
Basically put me in full alert mode and was energized all day long. Gakic not sure what it is, didn't really read up on it before I tried it?:( .

I only take energy pills when I get a free sample in the mail.
 
Training effects... well other than energy I really could pump out more reps on each set. It's labeled on the front as a toxin reducer.

Yeah... Muscletech products are crap.
