Gains, routine and suppliments questions

Hi guys how are we all? :)

Ok so down to business.. I am nearly reaching the 2 month mark for Penis Enlargement, I have some questions about routines & suppliments, but let me start from the beginning

Starting stats: 26/5/2011
BPenis EnlargementL : 5.0
BPFL: 3.0
FG: 3
EG: ?

Current: 10/7/2011
BPenis EnlargementL: 5.75
BPFL: 3.50
FG: 3.75
EG: 4.75

Routine:

5 min warm up
Stretches: 4 sets 30 secs each direction (forward, left, right & down)
Jelq: 313 (i am superstitious :P)
PC Clentch: 100 during routine (roughly 10 clentches 10 times throughout the day)

All up takes about 1 hour to do, usually every day but for last month I have done 3 days on 1 off, and stats do speak it does really work, patience is a pain but I cant say im not happy so far, so doing this I now ask some questions..

So the routine works, yes, but ive noticed lately the gains when I have days OFF the routine, sounds weird but is noticeable.. Does days off help growth?? I guess the logic thing would be to stick up the jelqing a notch to around the 400 or more mark? Or more? Im still a newbie at this im guessing hence the questions..

Also, suppliments, now I look down on them but am tempted to try to see if it speeds things up.. After looking on sites about vigrx vimax etc, I see that they all contain viagra, now I dont have a problem with getting excited, more with getting too excited.. But I do have access to viagra (not suppliments) would taking any help in any way?? I can understand both how it wouldnt and possibly could, so can someone who knows help me please? I dont want to just sit with a hard for 4 hours unless its going to help with growth!

And last of all, while guessing that gains are permanant (correct me if im wrong) im told that I need to "cement" the gains, is this true? How long for, and how can I do this? Any advice or links on that would be appreciated :)

I totally think you can step up the jelqs. If counting to 600 seems a little insane, go be timed workouts. See how long it takes to do 20. Do the math for what 400-600 would be. Two months, you have done your breaking in and made your initial gains. I don't think you need supplements. Pull hard on your stretches and pick up a more comprehensive PC work out.

100x quick clentches
50x 7 sec hold clentches
2x 1min hold clentches

You can get away with that once a day. If you don't have the time. Do kegals every time you drive somewhere. If you work, do so on the commute there and back.

I can't answer your cement gains question, I haven't taken a break long enough to know what's the story there.
 
I get what you mean, about the jelq and doing it in sets I never thought of it like that would make more sense than counting to 300! And maybe will give suppliments a miss for the moment, but you lost me with the pc clenches, the last two anyhow... I will work it out and add it to my routine this evening :) thank you!

Anyone else with any advice feel free to step in, especialy about viagra & cementing gains :)

You know you you flex the PC muscle. Well by what I mean to hold, I mean flex the PC muscle for 7 seconds or a however long. This is sorta like isometric strength training. For example, flexing your bicep for a pose.

I mean, it nearly added an inch!! So increased it last night to 513, felt much more worked afterwards, ill probably increase it again in 3 days, for luck :)

I understand the pc hold now thank you!! I added this into the routine also :) so will stick with this and see how it goes, I still feel full today from it :)

If anyone has links or ideas on cementing gains it would be appreciated, I would buy a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] but have no cash as always, I think I need a job :(
