Found out LOT

I finally found out my LOT. And it is about 8. Im not sure if its high or low but i did Bibs Test and it said if you have a lot of 7 or 8 you gain minimal from stretching the ligs. And its funny bcuz for the last 2 months ive been focusing on stretching downward and BTC. But mayb that made my LOT what it is. DO you think I should start doing A-Stretches and stretching up alot more?

Many people believe the "LOT theory" is just that and it really doesnt mean much to your gains or how one should stretch etc...

If the theory is correct then you should be focusing on tunica work. Yes, the tunica is difficult to fatigue consistently and to garner gains from, that is, relatively speaking.

well im gonna add A Stretches to my length sessions and give it a couple weeks to see how it goes. I hope i gain some length within the next month.

dont even worry about it.. all these people following the lot theory gained less then DLD who said hes always had a low lot and that didnt stop him from getting massive gains

Well DLD is one of those special guys that gains length easily. I wish I was one of them. But I have to try something new I havent even gained a millimeter in length in any catagory from BPFSL to BPenis EnlargementL or nething. And I have been stretching everyday for 2 months with good intensity. Im just gonna try something new and focus a little more on tunica stretching to see how it goes.

Nah DLD isn't lucky at all he just worked hard and got rewarded for his effort. He's been in the game for 7 years.. in 7 years time you may gain 4 inches, you never know. but be positive

I didn't really mean to say he is lucky, I meant like he is one of those guys that gains length quick and I definatly respect his work ethic. For 7 years straight, thats hard work and dedication. I feel like sh!% now cuz ive only been working for 2 months. But yea I hope I go that long and achieve those gains also. Only time will tell.

yeah i have the same attitude as you, i will never know unless i try so i will keep going. even if i dont gain anythin for a while ive told myself ill keep going. The thing that kills me is i found out about Penis Enlargement at the age of 16 and i foolishly thought i still had some natrual growth left in me so i didnt do any of it.. My penis stopped growing at the age of 14 i think..lol
