I finally found out my LOT. And it is about 8. Im not sure if its high or low but i did Bibs Test and it said if you have a lot of 7 or 8 you gain minimal from stretching the ligs. And its funny bcuz for the last 2 months ive been focusing on stretching downward and BTC. But mayb that made my LOT what it is. DO you think I should start doing A-Stretches and stretching up alot more?
