I now this is an old thread but I was wondering how this went for you and or anyone else for that matter? I have four white spots that I want to get rid of.

It works for everyone that is used it. PPP is eliminated with smokers toothpaste. Apply to the affected areas in within a week or two they will flake off.

Smokers toothpaste applied 2 times daily for 30 to 40 days will clear these up

I found a company offering a different solution. They provide a numbing cream and a kind of heat filament pen as well as a healing cream.
I used it and had fantastic results.
